Career
In 1982], President Ronald Reagan appointed Hutchinson U.S. attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, a federal court in the Eighth Circuit.[1] At age 31, Hutchinson was the nation's youngest U.S. attorney. The district includes Polk County, where Mena Airport is located. During the 1980s, Mena was the hub for CIA/Drug trafficking.
