Hal Harvey is an American lobbyist and deep state actor, implementing projcets for the Rockefeller family in the fields of climate, environmental and energy policy. He has founded numerous foundations and think tanks in the USA, Asia and Europe. In Germany, he founded the think tanks Agora Energiewende and Agora Verkehrswende as well as the Climate Neutrality Foundation.[1][2]
Activities
Harvey, who barely appears in Anglophone media and doesn’t even have an English-language Wikipedia page, was described by the German Die Zeit as "the most powerful Green politician in the world."[3]
