James Le Mesurier is a UK “security” specialist and "ex"[citation needed] British military intelligence officer. He has an impressive track record in various NATO intervention theatres including Bosnia and Kosovo, as well as Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine. He founded of Syria's White Helmets. Le Mesurier has also been placed in a series of high-profile posts at the United Nations, European Union, and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.[1][2][3]
