Stephen J. Solarz was a member of the Intellibridge Expert Network and Vice-Chairman of International Crisis Group. In the 1970s he served in New York State Assembly and the U.S. House of Representatives. He chaired the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific in Congress.
