William Butts Macomber Jr. was a US spook and diplomat.
Career
In World War II, he worked for the OSS.[1]
Activities
Macomber of the US State department is mentioned in the 1975 WUBRINY Memo that revealed that George H. W. Bush's involvement with the CIA.
