Porter Johnston Goss was a CIA officer from 1962 to 1972, and worked in the Miami station during the Cuban missile crisis, primarily as a photo-interpreter.

Since April 21, 2005, Goss was Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. He resigned on May 5, 2006.[1]

Operation 40 Membership

John Simkin reports that Porter J. Goss was a member of CIA Assassination squad, Operation 40, and indeed a January 1963 photo shows Goss with his arm around David Sanchex Moralez at a table with Barry Seal and many other members of Operation 40.[2] Goss however claimed that he had "never heard of Operation 40".
