Detector Media is a NATO-backed Russian language "fact checker". It is also "financed by the American Soros fund".[1]
Detector Media and the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces signed a “memorandum on mutual understanding and cooperation”. It provides “the carrying out of a number of joint media, educational, and other events”. [2]
