Alfred Dallinger was an Austrian trade unionist and politician (SPÖ). He was a member of Parliament from 1974 to 1983 and Federal Minister of Social Affairs from 1980 until his death in 1989.
Death
On 23 February 1989 Alfred Dallinger was a passenger on Rheintalflug-Flight 102, which crashed into the Bodensee for unclear reasons. All 11 people aboard the plane were killed.
