David Byrne is an Irish politician and barrister who was Chancellor of Dublin City University from 2006 to 2011, European Commissioner for Health and Consumer Protection from 1999 to 2004 and the Attorney General of Ireland from 1997 to 1999.[1]
He attended the 2005 Bilderberg meeting.
