Little known French engineer and propagandist for the business owners who attended the 1959 Bilderberg. Mount Pelerin Society.

Georges J. Morisot was a French engineer and propagandist for the French business owners. He attended the 1959 Bilderberg meeting.

Activities

The Patronat (employers) are also directly involved in the promotion of liberal ideas. With the creation in 1947 of the Free Enterprise Association (Association de la libre entreprise), it is thus a question of "defending and advocating freedom of enterprise on the economic and social level with all its consequences". Led by Georges Morisot, engineer at Michelin, the association is dedicated to propaganda, in particular thanks to a quarterly entitled Here are the Facts (Voici les faits). Villiers himself chairs it, assisted by André Charon, president of the French Shell, Étienne Villey, from the Group of metallurgical, mechanical and related industries in the Paris region (GIM), Jacques Moreau, manager of the Larousse bookshop, and René Fould, president of the Chamber of Shipbuilders. [1][2][3]

Several of the leaders of the Free Enterprise Association (Lucien Daffos, Georges Morisot, Georges Villiers) appear among the members of the Mont-Pèlerin Society.
