He has 20 years of experience in analysing and countering Soviet, Russian, Iraqi and other disinformation, conspiracy theories and urban legends at the State Department, the U.S. Information Agency (USIA), and the Department of Defence. He has written a variety of related papers and has broad media commentary experience."
