Sir Percy Cradock was a UK spook, diplomat and probably a UK deep state operative.
Deep Political connections
Member of Le Cercle. Trowbridge H. Ford suggested in 2011 that Cradock was a member of Group 13.[1]
Cradock was appointed a Privy Councillor in 1993. From 1996 to 2000, he was a non-executive director of the South China Morning Post.
