DescriptionSpooky conference arranged by the influential Atlantic Council to discuss how to expand censorship

The StratCom DC 2019, or Global Forum on Strategic Communications conference held in Washington DC on October 23-24, 2019, was a spooky conference arranged by the deep state Atlantic Council. Judging from the speaker list, it brought together a number of deep state agendas, like "vaccines", "climate change", "extremism ", "fake news"; and how to most efficiently censor any opposing voices.

Own narrative

StratCom 2019 was the third annual Global Forum on Strategic Communications arranged by the Atlantic Council. It convened policymakers, academics, and civil society actors in a series of discussions on the challenges, best practices, and innovations in countering malign influence. The conversation was wide-ranging, discussing China’s information operations, regulation of social media platforms and personal data, as well as strategies to confront everyday falsehoods related to climate change and public health, among other topics.[1]

Speakers include a number of spooks and deep state actors.[2][3]. The number of participants is not publicly available.
