Mariana Vasilievna Haseldine is a London-based venture capitalist with the GT Arts21 Entertainment, Media Venture Capital Fund.[1]
Mariana Haseldine was born in the Soviet Union on 23 December 1967, trained as a concert pianist at the Moscow State Conservatory and at Cologne's Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in West Germany.[2]
She acquired British nationality through marriage in 1993 to Richard Haseldine.[3]
Cliveden Literary Festival

On 14 October 2017, Mariana Haseldine attended the Cliveden Literary Festival where the centenary of the Balfour Declaration was marked by a panel discussion of "Zionism: 100 years of the Balfour Declaration – How the British promise of a Jewish homeland dramatically changed the history of the Middle East".[4]
Chairing the discussion was historian David Reynolds, and the Panellists were Lord Jacob Rothschild, Howard Jacobson, Simon Schama and Simon Sebag Montefiore.[5]
