The Justice for Asil Nadir Committee (JANCOM) is independent from and has no ties to Asil Nadir or the Nadir family and was set up in August 2012 by a group of retired professionals who do not believe that Asil Nadir received just and fair trials in either 1992-93 or 2011-12
It intends, not only that Asil Nadir did not receive justice, but act as an archive of articles and documents which place the trials of Asil Nadir and the downfall of Polly Peck in the context of the other trials of the early 1990s which related to the illegal sale of arms to Iran and Iraq, by the UK and US Governments, and the wrong-doings of Parliamentarians, Civil Servants, the Police and Security Services.[1]
