The report as currenty (July 2015) available from the CIA web site here is different from the one originally available at the same address. The pages appear jumbled and out of order and there have been changes made to the redactions. The document does however confirm the presence of pages 22-26 in the original, in that these pages are shown as either completely blank,or handwritten as "blank page xx."
