Call to Action: CSIS-LSHTM High-Level Panel on Vaccine Confidence and Misinformation
The Call for Action CSIS-LSHTM High-Level Panel on Vaccine Confidence and Misinformation was an October, 2020 panel discussion arranged by the deep state think-tank Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and one of the 3-4 research institutions that have been most central in the COVID-19 psy-op, the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM)
The topic was to address "the crisis that our nation faces, considering the precipitous decline in public trust and confidence, and the polluted mainstream and digital media environments."
While probably part of a bigger deep state effort, the group's recommendations and strategies to "proactively stop" unwanted information and instead amplify their narrative, presented as "accurate and reliable scientific content" match very closely to the strategy actually used.
Remarkably they insist in October 2020 that "safe and effective vaccines become available in the coming months", by equating a few months of trials with "full testing", but that the "introduction" of them is "increasingly in doubt, given the precipitous decline in public trust" in the process.

National censorship authority
The conclusion wishes for a US national censorship authority under the auspices of a National Security Council (NSC) directorate for global health security and biodefense "that can lead collaboration across agencies and sectors..to monitor and counter online misinformation around science and medicine and engage with social media platforms and technology companies", what it strangely calls "independent media", and "biopharmaceutical companies, health care providers, citizen groups, and cybersecurity experts"...
"That office’s efforts"...."should be closely linked to broader interagency work".
The group wants "traditional and digital media companies" to jointly and/or individually commit publicly and voluntarily to enhanced action to improve the information climate related to Covid-19 vaccines. They should make verifiable, concrete commitments to proactively censor unwanted information ("stop the spread of mis- and disinformation") and instead "amplify" content on Covid-19 vaccine safety and efficacy.)
Trusted influencers
The panel agreed ""leaders within critical social and economic sectors should... be encouraged to expand their activism"...."Iconic cultural figures with substantial media presence and bipartisan reach could be enlisted", with the purpose to "disseminate messages" among educational institutions, businesses, healthcare providers, the farming sector and food processing industries, grocery stores, and the security/law enforcement communities.
"The U.S. military — which remains one of the most trusted institutions in the United States — has an important role to play in...leading through dialogue and example."
Vaccines to get food
The vaccine implementation program "could be bundled to facilitate applications for unemployment or distribution of basic nutrition supplements or food items during Covid-19 vaccine appointments, as appropriate."
Participants
The panelists were a mix of actors ("participating in their individual capacity, not as representatives of their respective organization") from Big Pharma (Julia Spencer from Merck) and their allies (Ed Whiting, Director of Strategy, Wellcome Trust), large social media corporations (Sarah Shirazyan Facebook) and fact checkers (Claire Wardle from First Draft News).
Other were from secretive parts of the military-industrial complex (Elizabeth Wehr, from the defense, intelligence, security Parsons Corporation) and several from CSIS itself.
Several opinion polling experts were present (Johnny Heald from Opinion Research Business International) and (Mollyann Brodie, responsible for Public Opinion and Survey Research at the Kaiser Family Foundation).
The US government was present both at the open level and in its covert aspects, with Biden's future deputy secretary of defense Kathleen Hicks and other characters from the shades, like Juan Zarate, a Treasury expert specializing in blocking funds to unwanted entities.
