Andrey Andreevich Guryev Jr. is a Russian businessman. He is the son of Andrey Guryev Sr, a Russian oligarch.

With Andrei Elinson, Andrey Guryev convened an April 2020 summit of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Coordinating Council for combating the coronavirus outbreak, that promoted lockdowns[citation needed] to 250 business leaders[1]
