The American Australian Association (AAA) is a group designed to create a cadre of influential Australians loyal to the United States and to further the careers of the next generation Australian leaders. It has similar functions to, amongst hundreds of these networks around the world, the German Atlantik-Brücke and the British-American Project. The network includes virtually everyone with a position of power in Australia, in politics, business and media.[citation needed]

"Established by Sir Keith Murdoch in New York City in 1948, the American Australian Association (AAA) is the leading privately funded nonprofit organization dedicated to deepening and strengthening cooperation and understanding between the institutions and people of the United States and Australia. Our two nations work closely on many levels, through government and business cooperation and leadership, corporate investment, research and innovation and the movement of people in business, education, sports, culture and the arts.
For over 70 years, the AAA has provided an important forum for collaboration and exchange between political and business leaders - the US President, Australian Prime Ministers, Federal and State Cabinet Ministers, and the chief executives of leading companies across the United States and Australia have been among the many individuals hosted.
Our corporate members include many of the most prominent commercial and financial institutions engaged in business between the United States and Australia, showcasing the depth of our countries' partnership - spanning defense, spacial exploration, arts, education, technology and innovation, energy, infrastructure, sport and many other areas of mutual endeavor.
Since 2002, the Association's grant programs have distributed over $10 million to over 800 graduates, veterans and artists - further advancing the careers of the next generation of leaders, developing international networks and generating solutions that address the global issues of our time.
Benefit Dinner
Every year, the Association holds a benefit dinner to recognize important American-Australian business relations and to celebrate the scholars of its Education Fund. The Dinner is an elegant evening held in an upscale New York venue. The event is attended by around 600 guests. Price: Platinum Sponsor $50,000; Gold Sponsor $35,000; Silver Sponsor $25,000 [2]
