Ben Elliot is a British businessman who has been co-Chairman of the Conservative Party since July 2019 alongside James Cleverly (2019–2020), with Amanda Milling (2020-2021) and with Oliver Dowden (2021-2022). In 2018, Ben Elliot was appointed by Michael Gove, then the Secretary of State for Environment, as the government's first Food Surplus and Waste Champion.

Ben Elliot is the nephew of Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, a member of the British royal family.[1]

Ben Elliot is the co-founder of the Quintessentially Group, the luxury lifestyle group with a 24-hour global concierge service in London, and also co-founder of the PR firm Hawthorn Advisors.[2]

Pandora Papers

In October 2021, the Pandora Papers revealed that Ben Goldsmith and Ben Elliot (co-Chair of the Conservative Party) jointly owned a secret offshore film financing company that indirectly benefited from more than £120,000 of UK tax credits.[3]
