Ethics advisor Jesselyn Radack's disclosures concerned the first major "terrorism" prosecution after 9/11 - the case of John Walker Lindh (the "American Taliban" captured during the 2001 invasion of Afghanistan). She revealed that he was interrogated without an attorney present, and alleged that the US Department of Justice attempted to suppress this fact.
Activities
Herself a whistleblower, Radack includes CIA whistleblower John Kiriakou and NSA whistleblowers Edward Snowden and Thomas Drake amongst her clients.
