Romas/COIN is the acronym of a US SIGINT program of mass surveillance and data mining operated against the Arab world through 2009-2011. It has been replaced by a program with enhanced capabilities with the Acronym Odyssey.

The original of the following report was athored by Barrett Brown and released by Project PM in June 2011. It provides an overview of Romas/COIN along with incidental information on some of the firms that were involved in pursuing the contract throughout 2010 and early 2011.[1][2]
