The Leveson Inquiry was conducted by Lord Justice Leveson in 2011 and followed widespread concern prompted by journalist Nick Davies' revelations about unlawful activities carried out by some sections of the media, such as phone hacking. The Leveson Report was published in November 2012.[1]
