Wikispooks is not a soapbox for pushing particular theories or ideologies, but aspires to an encylopedic style which focuses on laying out the available evidence and letting readers draw their own conclusions. As a wiki, most of WikiSpooks content is freely editable by any registered user on the site. However, as well as hosting original crowd-edited content, WikiSpooks also allows uploads of 3rd party contributions. These are editable, since to synergize with the rest of the wiki, they need to be linked in, but as original documents authored a particular person or set of persons, the substance must be preserved unedited.
