Mustapha Mokass is a Moroccan businessman. Being selected a Young Global Leader in 2015 by the World Economic Forum (WEF), he has stayed close to the WEF network and developed a vaccine passport system promoted by the WEF (see video), and other technologies for the 4th Industrial Revolution "dear to WEF founder Klaus Schwab".[1]

Career

He has a MSc in Urban and Environmental Engineering and a Master's degree from the HEC Paris Business School;,Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and Oxford Said Business School. He worked several years at the World Bank Group and United Nations Environment Programme.[2]

He is an "impact investor" in technologies impacting positively the climate - Immersion4 technology providing innovative energy efficiency solution for datacenters; and with CovidPass, which the WEF states "is the brainchild of one of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders, Mustapha Mokass. It also involves other YGLs across 5 continents, including Muna AbuSulayman and Peggy Liu. CovidPass uses blockchain technology to store encrypted data."[2]
