Background
Cem Duna completed his bachelor's degree in Political Sciences from Ankara University in 1968 and then earned his master's degree from the University of Amsterdam.
Career
Cem Duma entered the State Department; In the 1980s, he held many positions such as undersecretariat of the Embassy of London, the Prime Minister's office, the general directorate, the Permanent Representative of the UN in Geneva, and the Permanent Representative of European Communities.
Duna was vice president of the TUSIAD High Advisory Council.
