Kenneth S. Brower is a senior fellow of the Institute for Statecraft, whose speciality was listed as "Weapons Design, Comparative Military Capabilities". He is "a weapons designer and consultant to the U.S. and Israeli military."[1]
Own words
Defense Analyst specializing in the interaction of technology and tactics and the Middle Eastern military balance. Wrote Middle Eastern net assessments published by the International Defense Review and Janes Intelligence Review. Conducted comparative study of U.S. and Soviet weapons systems, 1950 to 1980 with America's leading engineers. As a naval architect, responsible for the design of numerous ships, ranging from the UK's CVF to the USCG's Mackinaw. Internationally recognized for his comparative naval architecture studies. Initiated Options for Change in the UK in the early 1990's, reducing the RAF's budget while increasing its capability.
