Activities
In 1980 he joined the World Anti-Communist League.
In 1983 he founded the European Institute foe Peace and Security, together with Jacques Jonet, Paul Vankerkhoven and Nicolas de Kerchove to counter pacifist groups.
Deep political connections
General Clark was a member of Le Cercle, and influenced by other members who worked to counter the peace movement in the 1980s.
