Chemtrails or Stratospheric Aerosal Geoengineering is officially only a proposed international government funded weather modification program.

Official narrative

Wikipedia's title leaves no room for doubt and essentially considers the chemtrails theory pseudoscientific. However wikipedia's Stratospheric Aerosal Geoengineering page suggests that it is a possible candidate for climate engineering projects. Officially, there is nothing going on.

Alternatives

Proponents suggest that the persistent "contrails" we see in the sky are not contrails at all but rather are given the nickname chemtrails. Referring to a climate engineering concept scientifically named Stratospheric Aerosal Geoengineering. Contrails are defined by wikipedia as "Contrails (/ˈkɒntreɪlz/; short for "condensation trails") or vapor trails are long, thin artificial (man-made) clouds that sometimes form behind aircraft." Proponents of the chemtrail theory point out that the trails (see above) are much thicker even before accumulation can occur. Proponents of the chemtrail theory point out that High-bypass turbofan jet engines are less likely to create contrails because the ratio of air to exhaust is too high to facilitate the formation of condensation because the majority of air expelled from the back of the engine is not combusted. It passes through the fan and blown out the back without mixing with any fuel.
