Controlled by the billionaire Koch brothers, who finance the 'right' in US politics when they say the right things.

The Koch Family Foundations consist of the David H. Koch Foundation, the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation, the Claude R. Lambe Charitable Foundation, and the Knowledge and Progress Fund. All these foundations are controlled by the Koch brothers, Charles and David, two of the billionaires who finance the 'right' in US politics; like their billionaire counterparts Soros,Rockefeller etc.) that finances what is defined as 'left' in the US.

Charles Koch and - until his death in August, 2019 - his brother David Koch, led Koch Industries, one of the richest privately held corporations in the world. The Kochs are/were both individually some of the twenty wealthiest people in the world.

David led the foundation that shares his name, which by the time of his death had given 1.295 billion to medical research and political foundations.[1]

Charles still leads the foundation that shares his name; and Charles and his family sit on the board of the Lambe Foundation, which is led by one of the brothers' long-time confidantes in advancing their ideological agenda, Richard Fink. Charles leads the Knowledge and Progress Fund, and Fink is the President.

Grants

Notably, the Kochs were not part of Bill Gates' The Giving Pledge, nor do they give to the Council on Foreign Relations.

For simplicity, the grants (listed above) are merged for the different foundations.[2] It is by no means an exhaustive list.
