Posner has written for many national publications, including The New York Times, The New Yorker, Time Magazine, Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, and U.S. News & World Report.

- 1993 - Case Closed, on the JFK assassination, which argues that Lee Harvey Oswald carried out the killing unaided.
