Background
Oliver Robbins obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.[1]
Career
Robbins briefly led the Defence, Diplomacy and Intelligence team in early 2006 before being recruited to lead No 10.[1]
