Leopold "Leo" Amery was a UK historian and deep state actor.

Background

Amery was born in Gorakhpur, India, on 22nd November, 1873. He attended Harrow and Balliol College, Oxford.

Career

Carroll Quigley termed Leo Amery a "sidekick" ("chief lieutenant") of Alfred Milner.[1]
