Gideon Frederik Cornelis van Meijeren is a Dutch politician. Since 2021 he represents the Forum for Democracy (FVD) in the House of Representatives and holds a seat in the States of South Holland.
Career
He studied law at the Juridische Hogeschool in Tilburg, receiving his first degree in 2007, followed by a short officer training at the Royal Military Academy until 2008, after that worked for 3.5 years as an IT employee for the Royal Netherlands Army. He returned to studying law in the years 2011–15 at the Radboud University Nijmegen, and subsequently found a job as a legislative adviser at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. He filled that same position starting in 2017 at the legislative office of the House of Representatives.[1][2]

In July 2021 he asked Mark Rutte about his letter to Klaus Schwab, thanking him for sending him the book Covid-19 The Great Reset, in which he calls it a "hopeful analysis for a better future".[3][4]
