Atlantic Treaty Association General Secretary

Jason Wiseman is Secretary General of the Atlantic Treaty Association and member of the Integrity Initiative, where his job title is "Institution building", consisting of "Other role Network relations with the European Parliament; developing clusters in Canada and E Europe". [1] His LinkedIn states he is currently (Nov 2019) Special Advisor on Counter-Terrorism at the European Parliament.

Career

Wiseman has been with the ATA Headquarters since 2012 and worked as a National Security Analyst with the NATO Association of Canada from 2011. He holds an MA Specialization in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security. His areas of expertise include Counter-Terrorism, Cyber-security and organised crime. His primary responsibilities in ATA is to support the coordination and realization of security and defence policies in the 38 member states.[2]
