Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) is a social fracturing effort by the New World Order to usher in their Agenda 2030. These social justice prejudices of identity politics promote fairness and equality to make some people "equal but some more equal than others", weaponizing differences with selective justice based on gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, age, culture, class, veteran status, or religion.
