Career
Tufarelli was educated at the Livorno Naval Academy and was a naval officer.[3]
He worked for Olivetti in the 1960s, in charge of Production and Research[4]
He moved to the Agnelli family company Fiat, where he became the head of the Automobile group at a time of economic difficult, but without great success.[5] He remained in charge for only one year, alongside Umberto Agnelli, between '79 and' 80.[3]
