Sitting on many boards, Seres attended the Bilderberg for the first time in 2019, before being appointed to NATO's high-level advisory board on innovation and disruptive technologies in 2020.

She has worked extensively as a manager of tech startups.[1] She has worked as a system developer and researcher with AltaVista, as well as as a business developer and manager in Norway.
