Lady Justice Hallett was appointde as a coroner. She decided the verdict of the 'inquiry' into alleged pre-attack failings by the UK police and MI5. She was told that it would be "impossible" to reveal MI5 files about the attacks to the bereaved families or their lawyers.[1]
