Ryan Morhard is Director of Policy and Partnerships at the Bill Gates-backed[1] company Ginkgo Bioworks. Career
Before joining Ginkgo Bioworks, Morhard led the World Economic Forum’s work on global health security and biological risks. Prior to that, Ryan served as Branch Chief for International Partnerships at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (In this role, Ryan led engagement in several multilateral, regional, and bilateral partnerships to support domestic and international response to Ebola, Zika, and other stated public health emergencies, as well as to strengthen collective preparedness.[3]
