Mark Gregory Paslawsky was an American who came to Ukraine to participate in the Euromaidan,[1][2] and who later fought with the right wing militias that formed in Ukraine in the civil war that started in 2014.[3][4] He was possibly a participant in war crimes; at the minimum had first hand knowledge about them.
