José Guillermo Abel López Portillo y Pacheco was a Mexican writer, lawyer and politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) who was president of Mexico from 1976 to 1982.
Activities
As president, he put the country in unpayable debt trap.[1]
He was later revealed to be CIA collaborator.[2]
He also was heavily involved in supranational deep state drug trafficking.
