I have unique practical experience in planning, managing and administrating projects concerned international and interagency cooperation in defense and security sphere as well as in diplomatic security. I have professional fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian.

During my career, I constantly demonstrated good problem-solving skills, persistence when faced difficult problems or challenges, interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with a broad range of people to understand needs and gain support, remained calm in stressful situations.
