Career

"Reynolds has been in various posts at the FCO since 1997. Most recently he had been Principal Private Secretary for the Secretary for State for FCO Affairs from 2014-2018, Deputy High Commissioner in Pretoria from 2011 to 2014, and a Permanent Representative at Brussels from 2006 to 2011."[2]
