Career
He worked in the CIA as Inspector General of the Central Intelligence Agency from September 1982.
He also worked as Executive Director of the agency under William H. Webster & William J. Casey.[1]
Later activities
In 1994, the Los Angeles Times quotes Taylor as explaining his career switch to become editor/producers of the newsletter "Bicycle Travel and Review," a Manhattan Beach-based "guide to riding in all the right places" as follows: "When the Cold War ended, I, like thousands of others, needed to find something useful for my life."[1]
