Rebecca R. Donegan was Inspector General of the Central Intelligence Agency in 2001.
Career
She worked in the CIA. In January 22, 2001 she became Inspector General of the Central Intelligence Agency, then worked as Deputy Inspector General of the Central Intelligence Agency. This is an unusual pattern and the explanation is unknown.
She was a member of the Kerr Group (Richard Kerr, Thomas Wolfe, Rebecca Donegan and Aris Pappas).[citation needed]
