Jeane Kirkpatrick was a professor at Georgetown University for many years, a "terrorism expert" and during the Reagan administration was US Ambassador to the UN. She died on 8 Dec 2006.

Activities

Kirkpatrick was an early neocon and ultra-rightwinger. She gained notoriety during the 1970s for attacking Jimmy Carter's "human rights" agenda in foreign policy

She attended Le Cercle. She was a member of the ultra conservative National Security Advisory Council (NSAC) of the Center for Security Policy, together with Cercle attendees Ed Feulner and Donald Jameson.
