Bill Clinton was President of the United States from 1993-2001. As President, he appears to have been a fairly faithful member of the cabal.[citation needed] Jeffrey Epstein paid at least 17 visits to him between 1993-1995.[1]

The Oklahoma City bombing, an false flag attempt to shift the focus over to "white militia terrorists", happened in April 1995.
The Omnibus Counterterrorism Bill, or US Senate bills S.390 and S.761, were introduced before the bombing, on February 10, 1995[2], sponsored by then Senator Joe Biden and co-sponsored by among others Arlen Specter.[3], former council for the Warren Commission and author of the single-bullet theory in the JFK assassination.
The bills, a forerunner of the Patriot Act, gave the president the right to designate any groups "terrorists", to seize the assets of any such group, and to imprison citizens or deport permananet residents for supporting the lawful activities of any organization the president had designated "terrorist". Such acts could include the mere donation of funds, and could not be appealed. Th bill authorized the suspension of posse comitatus, and it allowed the use of the military in law enforcement activities. It also reversed the concept of presumption of innocence.[4]
The bills were never put to a vote, although a slightly altered version of the House bill became law as the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996.[5]

In 1997, Clinton legalized direct pharmaceutical advertising to consumers. As a result, corporate media, beholden to their new advertisers, no longer permitted to air anything critical of that industry, such as vaccine safety.[6]
'Pardongate'
Bill Clinton gave presidential pardons to 450 people, including Marc Rich. On his last day in office, he pardoned 140 people, an episode the commercially-controlled media dubbed "pardongate". Among these were a range of people with various personal and/or business connections to Clinton. Various sources have suggested that some of those pardoned paid money to Tony Rodham, Hillary Clinton's youngest brother.[7][8]

The Clinton–Lewinsky scandal was a sex scandal involving Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky, a White House intern. Further investigation led to charges of perjury and to the impeachment of Clinton in 1998 by the U.S. House of Representatives. He was subsequently acquitted on all impeachment charges of perjury and obstruction of justice in a 21-day U.S. Senate trial.[9]
Conspicuously, given all the corruption, rapes, murders, drugs and assorted other dealings surrounding Clinton, the investigation, led by Kenneth Starr, narrowed in on a very innocuous affair between consenting adults, and refused to look at anything else.
