Naomi Koshi is a Japanese lawyer and former politician.
Career
Koshi was a visiting fellow at Columbia University's Center on Japanese Economy and Business from September 2010 until January 2011, while undergoing a traineeship at the United Nations' legal department.
In January 2012 she became the youngest woman elected mayor of a Japanese city. She was part of WEF/Young Global Leaders 2015. She served as mayor of Ōtsu until January 2020.[1] She said that she doesn't want to seek political office in the future.
