IBM
In 2009 Brunetta, on behalf of the Berlusconi government, signed a memorandum of understanding with IBM to "train" public managers, including school leaders. Thanks to this, the American multinational had green light to create its own lobby to get access to the public education sector. This cozy relationship was strengthened by Matteo Renzi in 2016, when the former minister also ceded access to the health data of the Italian population to IBM.[2][3]
With Brunetta as Minister of Public Administration in the Draghi government from 2021, this infiltration of public administration to continue, as the Green pass is an IBM project.
